NASA ITPO awarded SEWP VI, a multiple-award Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, to Inter-Op.net, Inc. with a $20 billion ceiling and ultimate completion date of October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a one-stop acquisition vehicle providing the federal government with information technology product and service solutions governmentwide.
This is a partial small business set-aside. Inter-Op.net, Inc. is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and minority-owned enterprise based in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Performance occurs nationwide to serve federal agencies across all departments and agencies. The contract runs from the November 1, 2026 award through October 31, 2036.
The GWAC covers information technology products and services across the full spectrum of federal IT acquisition needs, enabling customer agencies to order IT solutions through a streamlined vehicle rather than conducting individual procurements. As a multiple-award GWAC under the SEWP program, SEWP VI competes alongside other awardees on customer task orders and delivery orders issued under FAR 16.505 procedures.
Inter-Op holds this SEWP VI position as part of a broader federal services portfolio that includes defense systems engineering, aircraft maintenance support, and IT helpdesk and infrastructure delivery. The vendor performs IT services with its own workforce; SCI-reported federal services invoicing across prior contracts indicates government-paid rates ranging from approximately $44 per hour to $144 per hour, with median rates around $77 per hour.
