NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to TQI Solutions, Inc. on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling and a period of performance through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a government-wide vehicle providing federal agencies with a full suite of IT solutions for communication and audio-visual solutions, inclusive of products and services.
This is a Total Small Business set-aside. TQI Solutions holds concurrent SBA certifications as both a Veteran-Owned Small Business and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, both expiring February 10, 2028.
The contract serves all federal agencies nationwide. SEWP VI supports communication technology, audio-visual products and services, and related IT infrastructure across the civilian and defense federal footprint.
As a multiple-award GWAC, SEWP VI creates a gateway vehicle for ordering agencies to issue task orders and delivery orders for qualifying IT and communications work. TQI Solutions' award positions it to compete for orders from any executive agency, with particular relevance to defense and civilian IT modernization initiatives. The company brings IT infrastructure support, systems engineering, and professional services capabilities developed through prior work with Navy and defense customer agencies.
This GWAC operates in parallel with TQI's positions on five other named federal vehicles: Seaport Next Generation, SeaPort-e, three OASIS+ tracks, the NAVAIR RAPID MAC MA IDIQ, and the GSA Multiple Award Schedule. Task-order activity under those separate vehicles demonstrates TQI's execution capacity, though orders under SEWP VI represent distinct obligations from this new gateway contract.
