NASA awarded a GWAC to Commdex, LLC under SEWP VI, a multiple-award vehicle with a $20 billion ceiling, effective November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI serves as a governmentwide one-stop acquisition vehicle for information technology product and service solutions available to all federal agencies.
This is a Partial Small Business set-aside. Commdex is a minority-owned small disadvantaged business headquartered in Smyrna, Georgia, and self-certified as a Subcontinent Asian American-owned enterprise.
Place of performance is nationwide and worldwide across federal installations. The contract carries a five-year base period plus options extending through fiscal 2036.
SEWP VI encompasses broad IT product and service categories spanning communications infrastructure, systems integration, and IT solutions. The vehicle is designed to enable civilian and defense agencies to procure standardized IT capabilities under streamlined ordering procedures.
Commdex self-performs substantially all delivery and operates almost exclusively as a prime contractor across its federal portfolio. The contractor's core capabilities center on tactical communications equipment, satellite messaging and tracking systems, radio infrastructure, and field communications solutions. GSA Schedule pricing spans 23 labor categories at hourly rates from $45.80 to $169.54, covering roles from radio frequency technicians through senior network engineers.
Commdex's existing federal footprint includes the Field Communications IDIQ with the Department of the Interior (93 task orders, $29.4 million combined potential value), Tactical Communications II under the Department of Homeland Security (67 task orders, $45.3 million), and an Air Force Information Technology Infrastructure Maintenance BPA (ceiling $392.8 million through August 2030) for voice systems and radio infrastructure across Department of Air Force installations worldwide.
