NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to M2 Technology, Inc. on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling, under the SEWP VI program to provide federal agencies with an all-encompassing procurement vehicle for information technology products and services governmentwide.
SEWP VI is one of multiple awards under the program and includes a partial small business set-aside. M2 Technology is a minority-owned, veteran-owned, small disadvantaged business based in San Antonio, Texas. Work is performed nationwide. The contract runs through October 31, 2036.
This GWAC supplies IT hardware, software, storage systems, and networking equipment across the federal government. M2 Technology holds a strong position on predecessor SEWP vehicles—395 task orders totaling $302.1 million in combined potential value under SEWP V—and serves 185 distinct federal agencies, with Air Force IT modernization and telecommunications infrastructure representing the primary customer concentration. Recent task orders under SEWP V include an $85 million delivery order from Naval Air Systems Command for ground-based telecommunications transport infrastructure supporting F-35 operations and a $1.58 billion delivery order from the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute for HPE hyperconverged infrastructure. The company competes under both total small business and unrestricted set-asides and supplies equipment across telephone apparatus manufacturing, computer and software retail, and IT merchant wholesale distribution NAICS categories, with primary PSC focus on IT support equipment, software, components, and storage devices.
