NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to Strongbridge LLC under the SEWP VI program on November 1, 2026, with a $20 billion ceiling and performance through October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a governmentwide information technology acquisition vehicle that provides federal agencies with a one-stop contracting mechanism for IT product and service solutions.
The contract carries a Partial Small Business set-aside. Strongbridge holds SBA Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) status, with certification expiring March 1, 2028.
Place of performance is nationwide. The period of performance runs from award through October 31, 2036.
SEWP VI supports the full spectrum of federal IT procurement—software engineering, systems integration, cloud services, database administration, IT operations and maintenance, and related professional services across civilian agencies. Strongbridge's qualification on SEWP VI adds to its existing position on the SWES Blanket Purchase Agreement, the GSA Multiple Award Schedule, and the OASIS+ Total Small Business IDIQ, positioning the contractor to compete for IT modernization and operational support work across the federal government. The contractor has demonstrated recent depth in transportation-sector IT operations, including sustained work with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Federal Railroad Administration, and Department of Transportation offices on crash data systems, rail infrastructure IT, and related civilian agency modernization.
