NASA awarded a multiple-award GWAC to JCS Solutions LLC with a $20 billion ceiling on November 1, 2026, with ultimate completion on October 31, 2036. SEWP VI is a government-wide IT solutions vehicle serving NASA and all federal agencies for communication and audio-visual solutions, encompassing products and services. This is a Total Small Business set-aside. JCS Solutions is an Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and SBA 8(a) Program Participant.
Performance occurs nationwide to support federal agencies governmentwide. The contract runs through October 2036. SEWP VI addresses the full spectrum of IT communication and audio-visual capabilities—products, equipment, systems integration, and professional services—enabling agencies to modernize and sustain voice, video, and collaboration infrastructure. The multiple-award structure allows GSA, on behalf of NASA and participating agencies, to order task orders directly from multiple contractors across the vehicle, rather than concentrating spend with a single vendor.
As a Total Small Business GWAC, SEWP VI reserves ordering opportunities for small business contractors. JCS Solutions' positioning on SEWP VI complements its broader portfolio, which includes multiple OASIS+ variants, the Polaris GWAC, the 8(a) STARS III GWAC, the NASA CIO-SP contract vehicles, and single-award BPAs with the FAA and a civilian agency. Task order activity against JCS Solutions' other vehicles has drawn from NIH, GSA, CISA, the Department of Defense, and the Department of the Army, with recent orders ranging from $2.96 million to $35.4 million in size across IT planning, operations, cybersecurity collaboration, and call-center support.
