This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) was awarded by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), a defense agency, to Webworld Technologies, Inc. (WTI), a woman-owned small business (WOSB). The $15 million BOA covers a range of data management, data analysis, and digital analytics services to support the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC)'s Data Readiness Artificial Intelligence Development (DRAID) initiatives.

Under the BOA, WTI will provide application development and integration, data analysis, digital analytics architecture, requirements management, media research analysis, and data consulting services. The BOA has a 5-year period of performance from June 2022 to March 2027. In addition to this BOA, WTI holds other federal contract IDVs and GWACs, including an OASIS Small Business contract, an Air Force intelligence and cyber contract, and a SEAPORT Next Generation IDIQ with the Navy, through which they have delivered data management and IT services to various DoD agencies.
