This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) was awarded by the Office of the Secretary of Defense to Resilient Solutions 21, LLC, a for-profit limited liability company, to provide artificial intelligence data readiness support services to the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC). The $249 million multiple-award IDV has a period of performance through March 2027. Under this BOA, Resilient Solutions 21, LLC will deliver a range of services to support the development of defense artificial intelligence capabilities, including data science, data engineering, data quality analysis, synthetic data generation, and information governance. The BOA was originally solicited through a draft request for proposal issued by the Army Contracting Command - Rock Island in December 2020, which outlined the key service areas of project/program management, data science, data engineering, data architecture, data quality/analysis, synthetic data generation, software development, and enterprise information management. The BOA allows for firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, and hybrid contract types to be used for individual task orders.
