THE VILLAGE OF COLUMBUS GROVE WILL REPLACE THE CURRENT PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT WITH A NEW ACCESSIBLE PLAY STRUCTURE FOR CHILDREN AGED 2-12 YEARS AT HALL AVENUE PARK. THE PROPOSED NEW PLAYGROUND WILL INCLUDE A 6773 SQUARE FOOT POURED RUBBER SURFACE. AS THE VILLAGE S ONLY PARK WITH PLAY STRUCTURES AND ATHLETIC FIELDS, HALL AVENUE PARK IS WELL-USED BY THE COMMUNITY, HOWEVER, THE PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT IS OUTDATED. THE PROJECT WILL IMPROVE THE EXISTING PLAY AREA WITH A STRUCTURE THAT IS CONTEMPORARY, SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE TO ALL, ENCOURAGING PARENTS AND CAREGIVERS TO VISIT THE PARK WITH THEIR CHILDREN.
