Caregivers will complete self-report measures and structured interviews assessing patient functional and neuropsychiatric symptoms, while both caregivers and patients will provide qualitative feedback. Dyads will be randomized to either care-as-usual (supportive social work call and resource flyer) or dyadic life review therapy plus care-as-usual. Performance occurs in New York.
