ANTICIPATED SHORT-TERM ACTIVITIES INCLUDE COVID-19 EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES AND WAGES FOR EMPLOYEES ON PAID ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE DUE TO SERVICE REDUCTIONS.
