Gulf Coast Center, a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic and Local Mental Health Authority headquartered in League City, Texas, will establish the Bridges Integrated Health Center, a school-linked system of care within Alvin Independent School District serving children, youth, and young adults ages 5–21 in Brazoria County. The integrated behavioral health and primary care clinic will function as a single point of access, providing mental health services to 485 youth and intensive care coordination to 380 youth over four years.
