THIS PURCHASE WILL ALLOW GOPASCO TO ACHIEVE ITS TRANSIT ASSET MANAGEMENT PLAN GOALS.INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: THE BENEFICIARIES OF THESE FUNDS ARE THE GOPASCO CUSTOMERS WHO WILL BE ABLE TO RIDE IN UPDATED AND CLEANER RUNNING BUSES WITH MODERN AMENITIES.SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES: THERE ARE NO SUBRECIPIENT ACTIVITIES.THE RECIPIENT OR SUB-RECIPIENT (WHEN APPLICABLE) WILL FOLLOW ALL 3RD PARTY PROCUREMENT POLICIES AS DEFINED IN C4220.1F (THIRD PARTY CONTRACTING GUIDANCE).
