This Project Grant award of $356,281 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Continuum of Care (CoC) Program (CFDA 14.267) supports the County of Lee, Florida in their efforts to address homelessness in the Fort Myers area. The funding will enable the county to provide a range of services and assistance, including:
Permanent supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness
Rapid rehousing to quickly place homeless individuals and families in permanent housing
Transitional housing and supportive services to help program participants obtain and maintain stable housing
Homeless management information systems (HMIS) to coordinate and track service delivery
