DRAFTS OF NEWLY DEVELOPED MATERIALS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED TO HUD FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO PRINTING/DISTRIBUTING. - PRODUCE, PRINT, AND DISSEMINATE 5,000 UNITS ON FAIR HOUSING-RELATED TOPICS. - REVIEW/REFINE PROCESS TO REFER POTENTIAL VICTIMS TO HUD, DOJ, A STATE OR LOCAL FAIR HOUSING AGENCY, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY. TASK: SUBMIT COPY OF REFERRAL PROCESS. ALL AUDIT-BASED ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS SHOULD BE REFERRED TO HUD. - CONDUCT 20 INTAKES. - TRAIN STAFF ON FAIR HOUSING TOPICS INCLUDING INTAKE PROTOCOL, SYSTEMIC INVESTIGATIONS, AND SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. - HOST AT LEAST 2 TRAININGS FOR LANDLORDS, TENANTS, LENDERS, OR REAL ESTATE AGENTS. - CONDUCT AT LEAST 2 TRAINING COURSES FOR POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF DISCRIMINATION. - IMPLEMENT A MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO INCLUDE TWO BILLBOARD INSTALLATIONS. - CONDUCT EVENT TO TAKE PLACE DURING FAIR HOUSING MONTH. WHERE APPLICABLE, DEVELOP FORMAT AND AGENDA AND PUBLICIZE EVENT WITHIN THE SERVICE AREAS. -; EXPECTED OUTCOMES: TELAMON WILL DISSEMINATE AT LEAST 18 FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS BROCHURES THROUGH EMAIL/SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS. C. EXPECTED OUTCOMES - HUD-APPROVED MARKETING MATERIAL AND OUTREACH MATERIALS TO AFFIRMATIVELY FURTHER FAIR HOUSING IN TARGET AREAS. - 5,000 UNITS OF MARKETING ITEMS DESIGNED TO INCREASE AWARENESS OF FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS AMONG TARGETED POPULATIONS IN ENGLISH, SPANISH, AND CHINESE TO BE DISTRIBUTED. - STREAMLINE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE REFERRAL PROCESS WITH INDUSTRY PARTNERS INCLUDING MOUNTAIN STATE JUSTICE, MID-SHORE PRO BONO, DISABILITY RIGHTS WEST VIRGINIA, DISABILITY RIGHTS MARYLAND, HUD, AND THE DOJ. - FAIR HOUSING ALLEGATIONS, INQUIRIES, AND CONTACTS WILL PRESERVE HOUSING CHOICE FOR PROTECTED CLASSES. - FAIR HOUSING TRAININGS WILL INCREASE STAFF AWARENESS OF CUSTOMERS' FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS WHILE MOBILIZING OUR TEAM OF ADVISORS TO ASSIST IN THE OUTREACH EFFORTS TO POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF DISCRIMINATION. - LANDLORDS, LENDERS, INSURERS, AND REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS WILL GAIN INSIGHT AND KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT, HELPING TO REDUCE INSTANCES OF DISCRIMINATION. - AT LEAST 20 POTENTIAL VICTIMS OF DISCRIMINATION FROM TELAMON'S TARGET AREA WILL GAIN INSIGHT ABOUT THEIR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE FAIR HOUSING ACT AFTER ATTENDING TELAMON'S FAIR HOUSING TRAINING SERIES. - APRIL'S FAIR HOUSING EVENT WILL PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADMINISTER FAIR HOUSING EDUCATION TO A LARGE POPULATION AND DISSEMINATE INFORMATION FROM OUR BANK OF FAIR HOUSING MATERIALS. - SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN, CONSISTING OF AT LEAST 18 PIECES OF CONTENT DESIGNED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES UNDERSTAND THEIR FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS, DISTRIBUTED SUCCESSFULLY. - RESIDENTS IN TELAMON'S SERVICE AREA WILL HAVE INCREASED AWARENESS OF FAIR HOUSING RIGHTS AFTER VIEWING BILLBOARDS IN THEIR AREA; INTENDED BENEFICIARIES: BENEFICIARIES OF THE FHEOI-GENERAL COMPONENTS PROGRAM INCLUDE MEMBERS OF PROTECTED CLASSES, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED HOUSING DISCRIMINATION. HOUSING PROFESSIONALS, SUCH AS REAL ESTATE AGENTS, LANDLORDS, LENDERS, ETC.
