Project Grant CT0361H1E052200

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awarded a $3,114,197.00 Continuum of Care Program (CFDA 14.267) grant to Mental Health & Addiction Services Conne, a U.S. state government entity in Connecticut. The grant supports a range of housing assistance and supportive services aimed at quickly rehousing homeless individuals and families while minimizing trauma, promoting access to mainstream resources, and fostering self-sufficiency. The funding enables Mental Health & Addiction Services Conne to deliver rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, case management, housing counseling, rental assistance, job training, mental health/substance abuse treatment, and other services to address homelessness in the local community. As a sub-awardee, Mental Health & Addiction Services Conne often partners with state agencies like the CT Office of the Secretary of State and Department of Children and Families to implement these Continuum of Care Program grant initiatives.
