This $150,847 Continuum of Care Program (CFDA 14.267) grant award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will support the efforts of the nonprofit organization Many Mansions in addressing homelessness in Thousand Oaks, California. The funding will be used to provide a range of housing assistance and supportive services, including rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, temporary and permanent housing, case management, and life skills development for low-income individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the local community. As a Continuum of Care Program recipient, Many Mansions will collaborate with nonprofit providers, state and local governments to quickly house homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by homelessness.
