THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC HAS CHANGED THE COMMUNITY'S EXPECTATIONS OF LIBRARY SERVICE FROM PROVIDING CENTRALIZED, IN-PERSON SERVICES TO DECENTRALIZED ACCESS POINTS, MICROSERVICES, AND A SEAMLESS DIGITAL EXPERIENCE.
