THE PROJECT WILL LEVERAGE EXISTING REGIONAL PARTNERSHIPS TO CONNECT LOCAL PRODUCERS WITH INSTITUTIONAL BUYERS AND TO IMPLEMENT SYSTEMWIDE INVENTORY AND MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS THAT SUPPORT FULL PRODUCT TRACEABILITY. IN DOING SO THE PROJECT WILL BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE NECESSARY TO INCREASE THE THROUGHPUT OF LOCAL REGIONAL PRODUCTION AND THEN EXPAND AND REPLICATE THE MODEL TO THE EASTERN SHORE.
