THE COLLABORATIVE WILL ASSIST AT LEAST 20 ALAMEDA COUNTY FOOD ENTREPRENEURS IN SECURING NEW CONTRACTS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS RESULTING IN A PROJECTED INCREASE OF AT LEAST 20 IN THEIR REVENUE.
