THIS GRANT IS PROVIDED TO CONDUCT AMBIENT AIR QUALITY MONITORING OF FINE PARTICULATE MATTER (PM2.5). SPECIFICALLY, THE RECIPIENT WILL COLLECT QUALITY ASSURED PM2.5 CONCENTRATIONS AND SUBMIT RESULTS TO EPA'S NATIONAL AIR QUALITY DATABASE. THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT PROVIDES FULL FEDERAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $127,598 WHICH INCLUDES $54,728 SET-ASIDE FOR EPA IN-KIND SERVICES. PREAWARD COSTS ARE APPROVED BACK TO 4/1/2025. THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE REDUCED PM2.5 CONCENTRATIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE PM2.5 NATIONAL AMBIENT AIR QUALITY STANDARDS (NAAQS) AS SET FORTH IN THE CLEAN AIR ACT.
