THIS PROJECT IS EXPECTED TO BENEFIT WVDEP AND ITS REGULATED COMMUNITY BY STREAMLINING PERMITTING AND REPORTING, RESULTING IN INCREASED COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS; ACCURATE, ON-TIME DATA SUBMISSION TO EPA; AND SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF PERMITTING AND ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS.
