THE RECIPIENT WILL DEVELOP, TEST AND IMPLEMENT THE EDMR SYSTEM WITHIN A TRIBAL ENVIRONMENT; DEVELOP A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR COLLECTING, MANAGING, AND ASSESSING DATA AND MAKING THE BEST USE OF AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT WATER QUALITY MONITORING OF THE TRIBE'S RESOURCES; AND DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT INNOVATIVE GEOSPATIAL TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE MONITORING, REPORTING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND PUBLIC HEALTH.
