The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded a $3,600,000 Project Grant under the USAID Foreign Assistance for Programs Overseas (CFDA 98.001) program to Stichting Brac International, a non-profit organization based in the Netherlands. The grant, awarded on October 1, 2024, supports a 5-year initiative to scale government-led graduation programs aimed at alleviating poverty in Indonesia. The project will focus on building the capacity of local institutions and delivering integrated services to vulnerable populations in order to promote long-term economic growth and advance U.S. foreign policy objectives in the region.
