This Project Grant from the Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration Great Lakes Region provides $2,950,073.69 to rehabilitate infrastructure at Rhinelander Oneida County Airport in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Under the Airport Improvement Program, COVID-19 Airports Programs, and Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Programs (CFDA 20.106), the funding will be used to rehabilitate 12,500 square yards of commercial aircraft apron and modify the terminal building. Specifically, the grant will install a replacement passenger boarding bridge and complete the final construction phase of a project to maintain operational efficiency and meet passenger needs at the airport in Rhinelander. The period of performance for this infrastructure rehabilitation project is from July 25, 2022 to July 24, 2026.
