The El Paso Collaborative for Community and Economic Development (EPCED) was awarded a $125,000 Project Grant from the Department of the Treasury's Community Development Financial Institutions Fund under the Community Development Financial Institutions Program. The grant will support EPCED's provision of technical assistance to build the organizational capacity of certified and emerging Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) through August 2025. Technical assistance activities include professional services, training, travel, and equipment to help CDFIs better serve low-income communities and individuals who lack access to affordable financial products and services. The goal is to strengthen CDFIs' ability to promote economic revitalization and community development in rural and urban areas across the United States. No sub-recipient activities were indicated.
