The University of Richmond received a $120,843 project grant award from the National Science Foundation Division of Undergraduate Education on June 1, 2022 to support the collaborative research project "Role of Flexible Design and Instructor Supports in Implementing Sustainable Course-Based Research Experiences Across Diverse Institution Types." The project aims to develop and evaluate models for implementing sustainable course-based undergraduate research experiences across different types of higher education institutions through May 31, 2027. This work aligns with the NSF STEM Education program (CFDA #47.076), which provides leadership and ensures the vitality of the U.S. science, technology, engineering and mathematics education enterprise by sponsoring programs that support the development of a diverse, globally competitive STEM workforce.
