The National Science Foundation Division of Undergraduate Education awarded Texas Woman's University a $1.5 million Project Grant under the STEM Education program (CFDA 47.076) to support the SCHOLARSHIPS AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES LEADING TO EXCELLENCE IN THE BIOTECHNOLOGY WORKFORCE project from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2027. The STEM Education program aims to ensure the vitality of the Nation's science, technology, engineering and mathematics education enterprise by sponsoring programs that support development in these areas. Through this funding, Texas Woman's University will provide scholarships and co-curricular activities to strengthen the biotechnology workforce.
