The National Science Foundation Division of Electrical, Communications and Cyber Systems awarded a $375,000 Project Grant to the Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station (doing business as Tees) to develop highly efficient CMOS transmitters for emerging broadband wireless communication systems. The three-year award period runs from September 1, 2021 through August 31, 2024 under the NSF Engineering program (CFDA 47.041).
The NSF Engineering program seeks to improve quality of life and economic strength by fostering innovation and excellence in engineering research. This particular award will support the design of cutting-edge complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor (CMOS) transmitter technologies well-suited for next-generation broadband wireless applications.
