Purdue University received a $766,944 Project Grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a machine learning multimodal ultrafast optical microscope under the Mathematical and Physical Sciences program. With a completion date of July 2024, this award will support Purdue's efforts to advance scientific understanding and progress in the mathematical and physical sciences through the creation of a novel microscope utilizing machine learning techniques to integrate multiple imaging modalities and achieve ultrafast imaging capabilities.
