This five-year $499,945 project grant from the National Science Foundation's Division of Information and Intelligent Systems, under the Computer and Information Science and Engineering program (CFDA 47.070), will fund research to understand and strengthen sociotechnical ecosystems of frontline health work. The Georgia Tech Research Corporation will receive funding on behalf of researchers at Georgia Tech to advance development and use of research cyberinfrastructure enabling discovery and innovation in computing, communications, and information science and engineering. The grant supports investigator-initiated research focusing on enabling healthier futures through a deeper understanding of how technology intersects with the work practices of those delivering frontline healthcare services.
