THE PURPOSE OF THIS COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT IS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO THE RECIPIENT FOR ACTIVITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE REVIEW OF REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION AND FEASIBILITY STUDIES, PROPOSED PLANS, AND RECORDS OF DECISION AT SUPERFUND SITES IN SOUTH CAROLINA.ACTIVITIES:THE RECIPIENT WILL IMPLEMENT ITS OWN PROJECT TO SUPPORT SITE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES RELATED TO REMEDIAL INVESTIGATIONS, FEASIBILITY STUDIES, PROPOSED PLANS, AND REMEDIAL DESIGNS AT EPA LEAD SITES PURSUANT TO COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE, COMPENSATION, AND LIABILITY ACT (CERCLA). ACTIVITIES ALSO INCLUDE REVIEW OF INFORMATION, ATTENDING SITE-RELATED MEETINGS AND PARTICIPATING IN FIVE-YEAR REVIEWS.
