ACTIVITIES:THE TRIBE WILL DEVELOP THE EPA TRIBAL ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN AROUND DECREASING LANDFILL USE MASS BY DEVELOPING A RECYCLING CENTER. COMMUNICATING WITH TRIBAL LEADERSHIP AND MEMBERS, AND MEET CHALLENGES CREATING BEHAVIOR CHANGES AND TRIBAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRESS DURING THE NEXT FOUR YEAR PROGRAM AS IT DEVELOPS ENVIRONMENTAL CAPACITY.SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:FOLLOW THROUGH ON LANDFILL PROJECTS AND DEMONSTRATIONS OF SUCCESS AND LESSONS LEARNED.
