FOR SCHOOLS, THIS WILL BE TITLE 1 ELIGIBLE SCHOOLS AS DETERMINED BY THE STATE OF ALASKA & RSQUOANDS DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND EARLY DEVELOPMENT. THEY WILL PRIORITIZE FACILITIES SERVING CHILDREN SIX-YEARS AND YOUNGER, UNDERSERVED, AND LOW-INCOME POPULATIONS IN FACILITIES THAT ARE OLDER AND MORE LIKELY TO CONTAIN LEAD PLUMBING.
