THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE THE STATE'S SUBSTANTIAL INVOLVEMENT IN REMEDIAL INVESTIGATION AND THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEREFOR, REMEDIAL DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT OF REMEDIAL ACTION, MANAGEMENT OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGENCY AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTED SERVICES, AND THE DEFINITION OF STATE ADHERENCE TO ESTABLISHED AND DEFINED QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESSES IN SERVICE TO THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT AT THE SMURFIT-STONE MILL FRENCHTOWN SUPERFUND SITE.
