LOUIS RIVER ESTUARY.ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE PREPARING QUALITY ASSURANCE PROJECT PLANS, PREPARATION OF QUARTERLY REPORTS AND INVOICES, SUBAWARD MANAGEMENT, AND SAMPLE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS.SUBRECIPIENT:THE ACTIVITIES IMPLEMENTED THROUGH SUBAWARDS INCLUDE PLANNING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR HABITAT RESTORATION, CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION OF AQUATIC HABITAT, SAMPLING TO INFORM CONSUMPTION ADVISORIES FOR FISH AND WILD RICE, POST-RESTORATION MONITORING, AND PRE-RESTORATION MONITORING.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE QUALITY ASSURANCE PROJECT PLANS, SOLICITATION PACKAGE, AND FINAL REPORTS.
