THIS AGREEMENT WILL PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE COALITION FOR SUSTAINABLE INITIATIVES (CFSI) IN ITS EFFORTS TO REDUCE DIESEL EMISSIONS AND EXPOSURE WITHIN THE STATES OF ILLINOIS, INDIANA, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, OHIO AND WISCONSIN.
