BY INCREASING ENGAGEMENT IN BEST PRACTICE STRATEGIES TO BOTH PREVENT AND ADDRESS MOISTURE PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER, RENTAL UNITS IMPACTED BY THESE MOISTURE ISSUES WILL BE BOTH HEALTHIER FOR THE OCCUPANTS AND MORE SUSTAINABLE FOR THE PROPERTY OWNER. IT TAKES PROACTIVE STEPS TOWARDS CREATING A MOISTURE-MANAGED PROPERTY SYSTEM TO ADDRESS MOISTURE PROBLEMS IN RENTAL PROPERTIES BEFORE THEY IMPACT HUMAN HEALTH AND PRODUCTIVITY.
