The University of Puerto Rico - Rio Piedras Campus was awarded a $150,000 Project Grant from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Science Mission Directorate (CFDA 43.001 Science) to develop a non-invasive sweat biosensor for traumatic brain injury that is compatible with in-space manufacturing, in order to monitor the health of astronauts.
