ADDITIONALLY 105387 IN TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT CREDITS (TDCS) WILL BE USED IN LIEU OF THE MATCH COMPONENT FOR NCTCOGS CAPITAL PROJECTS INCLUDED IN THIS GRANT APPLICATION.
