Agencies receiving less than $30,000 must use funds for activities in at least one of these three areas. Each subgrant awarded must be for one year with a minimum of $10,000. Funds must supplement, not supplant, non-Federal funds otherwise used for authorized activities. Place of performance is Frankfort, Kentucky. The period of performance runs through September 30, 2027.
