THE TOTAL PROJECT COST INCLUDING MATCHING FUNDS IS $1633270.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: THE FUNDING WILL BE USED FOR PROJECT ADMINISTRATION MOBILITY MANAGEMENT AND CAPITAL ASSISTANCE FOR 2021-2023. BEGINNING IN 2022 TOMPKINS COUNTY BEGAN PLANNING TO RELOCATE ITS TRANSPORTATION PLANNING PROGRAM FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND SUSTAINABILITY. THIS INCLUDES INCREASING THE NUMBER OF STAFF TRAINING AND CREATING NEW SYSTEMS FOR COUNTY GRANT ADMINISTRATION AND CONTRACTOR OVERSIGHT IN 2023 AND 2024.
