IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE FIRST PHASE INCLUDE PARKING LOT REHABILITATION.; ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: - PARKING LOT REHABILITATION: CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PAVEMENT AND ADDITIONAL BUS PARKING ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE FACILITY IMPROVE EXISTING STORMWATER RETENTION POND TO STORE WATER ONSITE UPGRADE EXISTING LIGHTING ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY AND REHABILITATE EXISTING PAVED AREAS AS NEEDED.; EXPECTED OUTCOMES: IMPROVED AND ADDITIONAL PARKING AT THE ORCHARD STREET MAINTENANCE FACILITY WHICH WILL SUPPORT MORE CONSISTENT TRANSIT SERVICES.
