ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE THE EXECUTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OVERFLOW AND/OR STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. ODEQ WILL PRIORITIZE PROJECTS THAT ARE ON THE CLEAN WATER STATE REVOLVING FUND (CWSRF) INTENDED USE PLAN (IUP) OR PROJECTS THAT ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH A MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4) OR OTHER STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PERMITS THROUGH ODEQ STORMWATER PERMITTING. PROJECTS FUNDED UNDER THIS AWARD CAN INCLUDE PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION PROJECTS THAT MANAGE STORMWATER AND/OR REDUCE SEWER OVERFLOWS. SUBRECIPIENT:SUBAWARD PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED UNDER THIS AWARD CAN INCLUDE PLANNING, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT AND PROTECTION PROJECTS THAT MANAGE STORMWATER AND/OR REDUCE SEWER OVERFLOWS. OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE: PLANS, DESIGNS, AND/OR CONSTRUCTED OVERFLOW OR STORMWATER INFRASTRUCTURE. ADDITIONAL DELIVERABLES MAY INCLUDE INTEGRATED STORMWATER MANAGEMENT MASTER PLAN; TECHNICAL DESIGN DOCUMENTS; SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW CONTROL SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SANITARY SEWER OVERFLOW PROJECT TO CORRECT AND REDUCE INFLOW AND INFILTRATION. THE OUTCOMES PROVIDED FROM THIS GRANT ARE EXPECTED TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND IMPROVE WATER QUALITY BY REDUCING SEWER OVERFLOWS THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF STORMWATER. THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES ARE MUNICIPAL ENTITIES, OF WHICH, MAY BE RURAL AND/OR DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES.
