ACTIVITIES:THE ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDE THE EXECUTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A DRINKING WATER INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. WORKPLAN ACTIVITIES CONSIST OF: INSTALLATION OF 2,500 LFT OF DIRECTIONALLY BORED WATER MAIN, FIVE FIRE HYDRANTS, AND EIGHT TWELVE-INCH GATE VALVES AND WELLS. SUBRECIPIENT:NO SUBAWARDS ARE INCLUDED IN THIS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT.OUTCOMES:THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERABLES INCLUDE THE INSTALLATION OF 2,500 LINEAR FEET OF DIRECTIONALLY BORED WATER MAIN ALONG THE EAST GREEN BELT OF SOUTHFIELD ROAD. THE EXPECTED OUTCOMES INCLUDE A NEW WATER MAIN WILL INCREASE FIRE FLOWS TO OVER 2,000 GPM FOR BOTH THE COMMERCIAL AND MIXED-USE PROPERTIES ALONG SOUTHFIELD ROAD AND TO OVER 1,000 GPM FOR THE RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS. THE INTENDED BENEFICIARIES INCLUDE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF LATHRUP VILLAGE.
