Project Details: DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division currently has a requirement for tee (3) STANDARD-MODERN 1730 LATHES with D1-6 Spindle in accordance with the attached product description VIBB 16-50-2104 dated 17 August, 2016. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this procurement is 333517. Intent to Sole Source: DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. DLA Aviation Industrial Plant Equipment Division intends to award a firm-fixed price, definite delivery contract source contract to Phillips Corporation doing business as Federal Division. Other interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than November 25, 2016.
