A contract may not be awarded as a result of this sources sought announcement.The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center - Columbus (DCSO-C) is seeking sources for a potential 100 percent set aside for small business concerns. IF ADEQUATE RESPONSES ARE NOT RECEIVED, THE ACQUISITION MAY BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.Title/Description: Project CSC-15113 Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing of Electrical Substations, Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio.This project consists of preventative maintenance, inspection, and testing of the electrical substations at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, Ohio. Details of workmanship shall be in accordance with the highest standards and best practices of the respective trade as recognized by respective contractor's association. This project requires the use of specialized skills and equipment. Contractors submitting proposals for this project shall be have a minimum of 5 years' experience in performing similar high and medium voltage electrical equipment maintenance, substation maintenance, protective relay testing, calibration, and preparation of inspection reports are qualified.The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Supply Center- Columbus (DCSO-C) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for one year with two one year option periods. The estimated magnitude of the entire project is less than $150,000.00.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement us 811310 and the size standard is $7.5 million.Small Business contractors interested in providing proposals for this requirement MUST submit a capability package by 1:00 PM EST on Friday 24 July 2015.Capability packages should reference solicitation number SP4702-15-Q-0060.
