Added: Nov 10, 2015 12:29 pm 5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade (5th MEB) has a requirement for a Basic Life Support services contract is support of exercise Native Fury 16 at the Port of Duqm in Duqm, Oman. The resultant service contract will be for the period of 5 January 2016 tough 31 January 2016. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 561210 Facilities Support Services, and the small business size standard is $38.5 million.The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.Scope of Requirement: The contractor shall provide Basic Life Support Services with the ability to provide full LSA set-up, including, but not limited to: management, maintenance, manning, and removal of: billeting, maintenance, work tents, work trailers, shower & hygiene trailers, portable toilettes, dining facility (Meals provided in accordance with all CENTCOM food handling certificates), a covered tent with tabled seating for personnel, climate control, sufficient power generation and lighting both interior and exterior, hand sanitization station, clean water delivery, grey & black water removal, solid waste disposal, laundry services, and ice.
