Description of Work: Furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct and develop a water well. Work includes, but is not limited to, all applicable requirements of the Oregon Department of Human Services and Department of Water Resources to develop a potable well water supply; drilling a new water well to approximately 400 feet; well disinfection and testing, and capping for future use. Optional items under this contract shall be well abandonment and drilling a second well. The project is located at the BLM Tyrrell Seed Orchard, 26411 Siuslaw River Road in Lorane, Oregon, Lane County, approximately 20 miles southwest of Eugene. The NAICS code is 237110. The project price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The estimated start work date is January 19, 2010, and performance time is 21 calendar days.
