Network Engineer Suport Services: The contractor shall work with Enterprise Architect, and network engineers to develop a comprehensive and successful enterprise architecture design, migration, and implementation plan in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). The Contractor shall provide assessments and analyze the etwork environment/architecture, make recommendations, and implement changes. The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, staging, configuration, implementation, security, and support for all network related equipment. During the assessment, development and implementation phases, the Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the network remains operational during migration with minimal downtime. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) – FAR 13. 106-1(b)(1)(i) , soliciting from a single source, to Red River Technology LLC, 21 Water St STE 500, Claremont NH 03743-2247 to procure Network Engineer support services to provide on-site professional network engineering and architecture services. The Network Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a secure and reliable network as well as implementing changes that are identified as necessary for the continuity of network operations. The contractor shall work with Enterprise Architect, and network engineers to develop a comprehensive and successful enterprise architecture design, migration, and implementation plan in accordance with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). The Contractor shall provide assessments and analyze the network environment/architecture, make recommendations, and implement changes. The Contractor shall be responsible for the design, staging, configuration, implementation, security, and support for all network related equipment. During the assessment, development and implementation phases, the Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the network remains operational during migration with minimal downtime. The Contractor shall be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any network related problems and overall operations and maintenance of DOD OIG network systems. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) with a six month period of performance from September 30, 2020 tough March 29, 2021. NAICS code for this requirement is 541512. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to perform the requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
